The Soma Satori Method is a powerful, dynamic + distinctive approach to personal healing, growth + transformation.

The Soma Satori Method is my unique blend of traditional coaching techniques with the principles of somatic experiencing (which focuses on experiencing the body rather than just talking about it) alongside the healing modalities of movement, meditation, creation, breathwork + play.

My holistic method recognizes that our bodies carry a wealth of information and wisdom that can guide us towards positive change. Whether it's healing pain or trauma, overcoming addictions, improving communication skills or enhancing self-confidence, my approach gently invites you to tune into your body's sensations, emotions and movements to gain deeper insight and tap into your innate resources while empowering you to express yourself freely and authentically.

With gentleness and curiosity we’ll work together to uncover embodied conditioned tendencies, patterns we’ve learned and carry out often unconsciously. These patterns may not align with our values or true intentions which can make us feel stuck or unable to bring about the changes we seek in our life, work and relationships.

Think of me as your trail guide, pointing you here or there with curiosity to form and open new pathways, to gain strength and repair boundaries, and most of all, so that you may be autonomous and your body may be self-healing in the long run, as this is what our bodies are designed to do, as they are entirely capable of this self-healing power and truth with some guided support and reframing. We’ll look at the patterns your body holds, explore their costs and benefits and establish new embodied actions that align with what really matters to you. We’ll also create measurable outcomes to help us gauge if we’re on the right track.

Sessions gradually build on each other to help you become familiar with your body, its wisdom and how it communicates.

Embodiment and mindfulness tools are offered to help you go deeper at your pace. We’ll also explore practices that invite creativity and play, which I believe are essential for easing the nervous system, inviting discovery and liberation from suffering. Ultimately, my aim is to assist you in unlocking your highest potential, so that you can live a life filled with joy, authenticity and purpose.

With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection I will work closely with you to create a customized practice that addresses your specific needs. Through a combination of gentle yoga postures, therapeutic techniques, breathwork and meditation, we will guide you toward a greater state of relaxation, increased flexibility and an improved sense of overall well-being.

In our sessions we will focus on gentle and supportive movement while skillfully adapting the practice to your unique abilities and desires, ensuring that you feel safe and empowered throughout the process. By cultivating mindful awareness and practicing breathwork techniques, you will develop practical tools for managing stress and challenges in your daily life.

Emotional regulation is also a significant focus of our sessions. We understand that emotional well-being is essential for holistic healing, and we integrate meditation and mindfulness practices to help you cultivate emotional resilience and balance. Through gentle guidance, we will explore the connection between your emotions, thoughts, and sensations, providing you with empowering techniques to regulate and navigate through challenging emotions.

These sessions offer a compassionate and supportive environment, providing the individual attention necessary for your unique journey. I strive to create a space where you feel deeply seen and heard and where transformation can blossom.

I offer pay what you can sliding scale pricing and will come to you for 1:1 (small groups sessions too) in the comfort of either your home, school or office.

I am based on Eastern Long Island and travel from Manhattan to the Hamptons & Miami seasonally to work with clients. Online sessions available as well.
