My yoga practice began as a teenager seeking rebellion but finding sanctuary instead.

For over 25 years, this practice has been my anchor through life's currents, evolving alongside me through each chapter of my story.

There's a moment in practice when something shifts. When breath aligns with movement. When mind settles into presence. When what feels separate becomes whole again. These moments aren't mystical achievements -they're our natural state, temporarily remembered.

The practices I share have survived thousands of years not because they're complicated but because they work. They offer practical tools for living with more ease, clarity, and connection. Tools that work whether you're dealing with physical pain, racing thoughts, emotional storms or simply the everyday challenge of being human.

Each class creates a container where exploration happens safely. Where you're invited to discover how your unique body moves and what it needs. Where ancient practices translate into modern life without losing their essence.

This approach honors both tradition and innovation. It respects the depth of these teachings while stripping away anything that creates unnecessary barriers. The goal isn't perfect poses or spiritual status but practical wisdom you can carry beyond the mat.

Movement should serve life, not the other way around. A strong practice might look different on different days-sometimes dynamic and flowing, sometimes quiet and receptive. What matters isn't the form but the awareness you bring to it.

Over the past ten years, I've had the privilege of sharing these practices across continents in many different settings, from traditional studios to recovery centers, corporate environments to community spaces, luxury retreat centers and beyond.

My ongoing education includes advanced certification (800+ hours), specialized training in trauma-informed approaches, yin and restorative yoga, alongside an undergrad degree in counseling and extensive training in somatic psychology. This blend of modalities informs a practice that respects both ancient wisdom and contemporary understanding of how we heal and grow.

This continuing journey of learning has deepened my appreciation for how movement, breath and awareness can serve as practical tools for navigating life's challenges with more grace, ease and presence.
